  • Providing workplace assessments of our properties for current tenants to ensure a safe and strong return to the workplace

  • Volunteering and advocating for equitable and strong small business community in Phoenix, AZ

  • Engaging in virtual community building platforms to stay connected and informed

  • Continuing the design and build of commercial spaces that are adaptable and able to meet the needs of today’s small business operator
